Dan-Dan the Lobster Man Takes up Residence at Una St Ives

We’re thrilled to welcome Dan‑Dan the Lobster Man as our newest resident at Una St Ives Resort! Already a hit in Porthleven, Dan‑Dan has now brought his irresistible seafood delights to our outdoor bar and café.

Expect tempting grills of fresh, flavour-packed offerings throughout the summer:

• Half and whole lobsters

• Lobster tails smothered in garlic‑and‑parsley butter

• Vibrant crab tacos and Cornish mackerel baps

• Zesty lemon‑and‑garlic anchovies, marinated right in the shack

• House‑made Cornish mackerel pâté

You’ll also find all the classic seafood favourites, paired perfectly with a selection of Cornish beers, ciders, and ales.
